Registration of Partnership Firm under The Indian Partnership Act, 1932

Essential requirements for registration:

1. Prescribed form ie Form No.1
2. Deed of Partnership, along with original for verification
3. Proof of office address
   • In case of leased office:- Lease Agreement, NOC from owner, ownership proof, Identity & Residential proof of owner along with original for verification
4. Affidavit in specified Format if applicable
5. PAN card of firm
6. Identity proof of partners
7. Address proof of partners
